Bailey Trail North

Description

Bailey Trail North winds through a shaded forest with gentle elevation changes and a mix of pine groves, ferns, and hardwoods. The trail follows old stone walls and cuts through quiet woodland, with occasional open areas and subtle changes in terrain. A peaceful section of boardwalk crosses a wetland area, giving a close view of mosses, wetland plants, and seasonal water flow. The trail is well-marked and maintained, making it a comfortable and quiet walk. Along the way, hikers may notice wildlife activity and signs of past land use like overgrown farm boundaries and stone features.
